Which floor it is on
Say whether the items are at curb level, in a basement, up in an attic or on an upper floor.
Stairs or elevator
A line about the stairs, a tight hallway or a building elevator tells the crew how to plan the carry.
Anything heavy
Name the piano, safe, boiler or appliance. Extra-heavy items can change a single item price, and baby grand and grand pianos are the one size of piano the crew will not move.
