Customer reviews from across North and Central NJ
Each one is a Google review, shown word for word with the reviewer's name and town. They are sorted by the job: a house, a basement, an office, a truck full of heavy things.
“I had a heavy upright piano on the second floor that four other crews could not remove. Edison's crew came through, stayed within budget, and got it done.”
Houses, estates and yards
“Junk Doctors did a great job cleaning 30 years worth of junk out of my parents' house, including tools, furniture, and even a refrigerator. Four guys, four hours, and two trucks. They got it done.”
“As a real estate agent in Northern NJ, I often come across homes that need to be decluttered. JunkDoctors made the entire process seamless and professional from start to finish.”
“They arrived early, finished in 4 hours, and were extremely helpful and kind during a delicate situation.”
“The process was as easy as 1, 2, 3. The team came in, discussed what needed to be hauled away, and got to work right away. They were professional, efficient, and cleared the backyard fast.”
Basements and floods
“They helped empty 30 years of storage from our basement. What would have taken me months was done in under 4 hours. They were upfront, quick, and efficient.”
“The crew came in and had everything from our flood taken out of the basement within 2 hours. They were fast, pleasant, and great to work with.”
Offices and heavy items
“Edison's team came early, communicated well, and worked efficiently to get our office cleaned out. We had large items and they handled everything in about 3 hours.”
“They lifted heavy boilers, an engine, and a rototiller for a reasonable price, and I didn't even have to be there.”
Crew, pricing and speed
“Can't speak highly enough of my experience. They communicated proactively, showed up right on time, explained pricing clearly, and worked so fast I was repeatedly impressed.”
“Sophia was helpful, flexible, and gave a fair price. Luis and Frank were fantastic, efficient, kind, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Junk Doctors.”
“Clear and competitive prices, great customer service, and they even cleaned up after themselves.”
“I contacted them in the morning and all my junk was gone before the end of the business day.”
