How a JunkDoctors cleanout is priced, scheduled and finished
Every job is measured by how much of a 25 cubic yard truck it fills, not by the hour. The answers below cover the price, whether you need to be home, how soon a crew can come and what stays out of the truck. For the full price ladder, see the volume pricing page.

Truck limits
What cannot go in the truck
The crew will take nearly everything inside a home, garage, shed or office. These nine things they will not load, so pull them out of the pile before the crew arrives or leave them for a licensed handler.
- Wet paint
- Chemicals
- Fuel
- Gasoline
- Propane tanks
- Pesticides
- Asbestos
- Medical waste
- Unknown liquids
One size limit applies to pianos. The crew removes spinets, consoles, studio uprights and full uprights, but not baby grand or grand pianos. Read how piano removal works.
What every price already includes
- Labor, start to finish
- Loading the truck
- Hauling
- Disposal fees
- Sweep and clean-up of the area
There is no hourly rate. The price you are quoted is set by truck volume and confirmed on site before anything is loaded.
