Debris by the load

Renovation debris gone, with no dumpster in the driveway

Lumber, drywall and tear-out loaded by the crew and hauled away, with no dumpster rental needed.

What a renovation leaves behind

A renovation ends twice: once when the work is done, and once when the debris is finally gone. In between, lumber offcuts stack against the garage, old drywall leans in the hallway, and torn-out flooring takes over a corner of the yard. The contractor's job is the build. Somebody still has to deal with the pile, and it often falls to the homeowner.

A dumpster in the driveway sounds like the answer until you count the delivery window, the days it sits there, and the fact that you still have to fill it yourself. JunkDoctors skips that step: no dumpster rental is needed. A Phillipsburg property in Warren County, with lumber stacked against a barn shed and the yard around it cleared, is the sort of scene the crew works in.

How the crew works a debris pile

Send photos or a video of the pile, or list what's there: lumber, drywall, tile, old cabinets, flooring. You get an estimate from that, and the number gets finalized on site once the crew can see the stack. The crew often has same-day or next-day openings, seven days a week, which matters when the next trade is waiting on a clear space.

The crew carries everything out by hand, loads the 25 cubic yard truck, hauls it, and sweeps the work area when they leave. They're JunkDoctors' own employees, trained in-house, with no subcontractors on the job. Your contractor, or you, can be elsewhere: once access and scope are confirmed, nobody has to be present while the crew works.

Debris by the truck, and what stays out of it

Debris is priced by how full the 25 cubic yard truck gets. A few boards might be a 1/16 load at $350, while a bigger tear-out climbs through 1/8 at $485, 1/4 at $685 and 1/2 at $985 up to 3/4 at $1,685. A full truck is $1,985. Labor, loading, hauling, disposal fees and sweep-up are all included.

Construction debris is where the no-take list matters most. The crew can't haul asbestos, wet paint, chemicals, fuel, gasoline, propane tanks, pesticides, medical waste or unknown liquids, so a half-empty can of sealant or an unidentified old material needs a different plan. Everything else leaves on the truck, and the work area is swept behind it.
